I figured it was simply a case of a close session. I simply started a new session on a tab and it published afterwards…..

I am having this problem. I have never had it before. What’s up?
My apologies over missing this one. Basically, I think it was the case of bad browser cache. I didn’t have to do anything special to fix it. I simply closed the session, started a new one and everything was fine.
